John Tunney will introduce a new edition of the 1990s classic Where Songs Do Thunder by Paddy Tunney — a personal account of traditional Irish music, song and memoir. This volume evokes the era of the 1950s Folk Revival and the 1960s Ballad Boom, from the bogs of West Fermanagh to the English folk club circuit and beyond. 

The event will feature performative readings by John Tunney and friends, combining singing and music with the spoken word to bring the spirit of the book vividly to life.
