The 2020 Children’s Book Club will discuss award winning author Catherine Doyle’s The Storm Keeper’s Island. The book is an adventure story about family, bravery and self-discovery. It is set on the magical island of Arranmore, where Catherine’s grandparents grew up, and is inspired by her ancestors’ real-life daring sea rescues. They will then meet with Catherine & discuss the book with her. This event is for fifth or sixth class students.
