Sarah Moore Fitzgerald is an award winning novelist, teacher and professor based at the University of Limerick where she teaches on the MA course in creative writing.
She has been shortlisted for the CBI book of the year, the Waterstones prize, Scotland’s Red Book Award and for the Irish Book Awards. Her fiction has been translated into sixteen languages, including Japanese, French, Spanish, German, Dutch, Polish, Swedish and Norwegian. Her books for young adults published to date are Back to Blackbrick, The Apple Tart of Hope, and most recently A Strange Kind of Brave (2019).
