The festival is delighted to welcome Chloe Michelle Howarth (Heap Earth Upon It), Nicola Dinan (Disappoint Me) and  Naoise Dolan, The Happy Couple for this panel event celebrating distinctive narratives and the power of representation. Their lyrical and sometimes surprising work offers a multitude of perspectives on identity, intimacy, and community. This session will be moderated by Jackie Lynam, author of Traces: Poems and Essays which was longlisted for the 2024 Carousel Aware Prize for independent authors. It promises a chance to engage with fresh stories that expand and challenge the literary landscape. Their work is nuanced and tender, exploring new and familiar themes: obligation, obsession, belonging and life on the periphery.
