Word Power with Deirdre Devally

This workshop will help students preparing for exams by exploring how self-talk and the power of words can support or hinder success, offering practical tools for change and strategies to calm racing thoughts. Students will be given a journal and shown several journaling methods. They will learn simple, effective breathwork techniques and physical ‘Power Poses’ (scientifically proven to boost confidence). Participants will leave with practical tools to use before, during and after exams to stay grounded, clear and focused. It is experiential and there will be laughter – an essential component of wellbeing!
